It’s a fun-filled week in the Austin & San Antonio areas. Check out my one minute update:
In Austin
Playing at Rusty’s on Friday night is Susan Gibson, a CMA Award Winning Songwriter. Her concert starts at 7pm. $5 at the door. This is sure to be a great performance by such a high caliber, talented performer! Rusty’s is located at 405 E. 7th St, Austin.
Also, on Friday, is The Merry Merry Martini Mixer. This is Equality Texas’ beginning-of-the-year bash and an opportunity for you to make your first 2012 contribution to a worthy cause – Equality Texas. The event is January 27th, 7pm – 11pm, at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.
Then remember to join the HRC Austin group for their fun monthly social Tuesdays Together on January 31st at The Melting Pot at 301 E. 3rd St.
An Important Reminder… The HRC Austin One Love Gala is Saturday, February 11th. Be sure to purchase your tickets for this extraordinary event!

In San Antonio
On Friday, the SALGBT Chamber of Commerce begins the weekend with their monthly 4th Friday Mix n Mingle Networking Happy Hour at aloft at the Airport. Everyone is invited to join them.
The San Antonio Diablos are having their Drag Bingo on Saturday night at Silver Dollar on N. Main beginning at 8:30pm. Come ready to play!
Then on Sunday, the Royal Sovereign & Imperial Court of the Alamo Empire is having the 2012 Royal Winter Masquerade Ball “Carnival” A Midnight Celebration in Rio. 5:00pm till 11:00pm at Club Empire, 6890 NW Loop 410.
